The company is searching to hire a Fulfillment/Kitting Manager for their northern NJ facility. Responsibilities include: Coordinate with production team on materials and temp staffing needs to efficiently organize kitting programs. Manage multiple fulfillment teams on complex jobs. Evolve processes for constant improvement. Review and complete work that is wrapped & packaged. Qualifications include: Minimum two years high-volume Print Production experience in Fulfillment/kitting/Packing & Shipping. Working knowledge of sizing and wrapping procedures. Detail oriented with excellent communications skills. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Positive and upbeat disposition. Ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent career opportunity with company in expansion mode.
