Responsibilities include: Manage and direct workforce to meet or exceed sales and profit goals of the business location. Design and implement sales programs setting short term and long term sales goals. Build community relations in the area providing brand awareness with a sales focus. Make certain printed projects are completed on time and within budget. Schedule jobs and assist with any production issues. Mentor, develop and hold employees accountable.
