    Busy web offset printing company in VA is expanding operations to their printing facility. The company is hiring Offset Press Operators for 12 hour night shift. Responsibilities include: Read and interpret job orders. Set up, operation and maintenance of full size UV web offset press. Continually check registration, color, and quality during shift making adjustments as needed. 1st press operator will lead press crews and advise on production issues. Maintain press and work areas. Work closely with pressroom shift supervisor on schedule and jobs requirements. Qualifications include: Minimum 5- 7 years' experience operating web offset and/or sheetfed offset presses. Experience with in-line foil & embossing processes a plus. UV coating experience a plus. Good eye for color, registration and overall print quality to meet and/or exceed client expectations.
